No. The Template License sits with you — your clients buy your products, run them on their sites, and never need to think about plugin licensing. You're the licensee, they're the end user.

Anything you're selling as a defined product where the plugin comes built-in. That includes templates, wireframes, frameworks, base structures, white-label sites, productised design packages — whatever the label, if the plugin is part of what's being sold, you need this license. If you're doing fully bespoke client work and installing the plugin one site at a time, you don't.

You stop being charged, and you can no longer add the plugins to new templates or sell new products that include them. But importantly, any products you've already sold during your active subscription stay licensed forever. Your past customers keep their plugins, you don't have to claw anything back, and there's no awkward conversation to have with them.
